You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are free.

Returns are accepted from all the countries we ship to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Sweden.

How to return an item

1. Email us at info@floridaoutfit.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item you want to return.
2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and send it back by mail.

Return shipping is free. We provide the prepaid label, so you pay nothing to send the item back.
